    4. ORDER VALUE AND PAYMENT METHODS

    - AU CAO offers the following payment options:

    Domestic payment cards

    - Except for special cases, customers may choose from the three payment methods above when placing an order. For safety purposes, orders valued at 30 million VND or more must be prepaid via International or Domestic payment cards.

    5. PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS

    - To offer benefits to customers, AU CAO and our affiliated merchants regularly organize special discount programs. However, to ensure fairness for end consumers, we reserve the right to reject bulk orders, non-personal use purchases, and reselling orders under our promotions.

    - Customers participating in special promotions are typically limited to two (02) products per order. The promotion terms and conditions are updated on our promotion page, and may change without prior notice.

    - AU CAO reserves the right to decline orders that do not comply with the promotional program's terms and conditions, without notifying customers.

    6. DISCOUNT CODES

    - Discount codes are special price reductions granted to customers and may apply partially or fully to an order.

    - Each order may use only one discount code. Customers will receive details about terms and conditions alongside the discount code. AU CAO may decline bulk purchases or resale orders using discount codes.

    7. DELIVERY AREAS

    - AU CAO delivers nationwide for AU CAO-distributed products, excluding refrigerated goods (e.g., air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, freezers) or items where transport could compromise quality or customer safety.

    8. PRICING

    - Prices listed on AU CAO include VAT and represent final retail prices. Prices may change based on seasonal promotions or market updates.

    - Despite our best efforts, errors may occur in pricing or product information. If we detect a pricing mistake, we will contact you immediately to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If unable to reach you, the order will be automatically canceled with a refund issued (if prepaid).

    9. PRODUCT INFORMATION

    - AU CAO strives to provide detailed and accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy for all products.

    - If the received product differs from our product description, please contact Customer Support immediately before use, to request an exchange.

    10. POLICY ON COUNTERFEIT OR LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS

    - AU CAO strictly prohibits the sale of illegally manufactured, counterfeit, or unverified products.

    - AU CAO's affiliated merchants must ensure product quality and origin and bear legal responsibility for any violations.

    - If counterfeit or unverified products are detected, AU CAO will immediately suspend sales and impose penalties on the violating merchant.

    11. TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT

    - All intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered), content, and all designs, text, graphics, software, images, videos, music, sound, software compilation, source code, and underlying software are our assets.     18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any disputes, claims, or complaints related to AU CAO transactions or Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and/or courts under Chapter 4 of Vietnam's Consumer Protection Law.

    19. AGREEMENT TERMINATION POLICY
